CRNA

  • Geneva, New York, United States
  • Healthcare
  • Full-Time
  • On-Site
  • 285,000-350,000 USD / Year

Job Description:

The Opportunity

No call. No OB. No nights or weekends. Monday through Friday, at $285,000 to $305,000 a year.

For most CRNAs, that combination is the reason to keep reading. This is an employed position with a physician-led health system, covering anesthesia in both the main OR and the surgery center — the kind of case mix that lets you practice the way you were trained without the unpredictability that pulls people out of anesthesia careers.

The schedule here is not a promise about culture. It is the structure of the job.

Why This Opportunity Is Worth a Look

  • $285,000–$305,000 base salary, plus incentives
  • No call, no OB, no nights, no weekends — Monday–Friday hours
  • Sign-on bonus and student loan repayment assistance
  • Relocation assistance provided
  • Generous vacation in addition to the weekday-only schedule
  • On-site child care
  • Health, dental, vision, and retirement benefits
  • Employed role within a physician-led health system

What Your Week Looks Like

  • Deliver anesthesia care across the operating room and the surgery center
  • Build anesthesia plans tailored to each patient's needs
  • Work alongside an established surgical team on day-to-day case flow
  • Practice within an existing anesthesia group with support already in place
  • Finish your week on Friday, with no call to carry into the weekend

What We're Looking For

  • Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
  • New York license, or license-eligible
  • Education in nurse anesthesia
  • A collaborative, patient-centered approach to clinical care

New graduates are welcome. Mentorship and support are part of how this team brings CRNAs on board, so a first position here does not mean figuring it out alone.

Why Candidates Say Yes

The compensation and the schedule are the headline. Geneva is the reason people stay.

The city sits at the northern tip of Seneca Lake, surrounded by vineyards, waterfalls, and open water. Boating, sailing, fishing, hiking, and skiing are all local. The Seneca and Cayuga wine trails start at your doorstep. Ithaca and Cornell, Watkins Glen, and Rochester are all within reach when you want a bigger city or a race weekend.

It is a small city with affordable living and strong schools — which, paired with weekday-only hours and on-site child care, matters a great deal to CRNAs raising a family.
