Location: Rochester, NY and surrounding suburbs (Monroe County, surrounding counties, and Erie County)

The Opportunity

You'd be treating young children where they actually live and learn — homes, daycares, the places where their days happen — at $60 to $70 per hour, with the schedule built around what works for you rather than a clinic's appointment grid.

For pediatric PTs, this is a different way to practice. No waiting room. No back-to-back slots in a treatment gym. You drive to your kids, you work in their natural environment, and you build the kind of relationship with a family that makes progress stick. The territory is deliberately kept small, so you're not spending your day on the highway.

Two positions are open, and both full-time and part-time are available.

What Your Week Looks Like

• Travel a defined local territory to see children in their natural environments
• Deliver early childhood intervention PT with a relationship-centered approach — you're working with the family, not just the child
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary early intervention team
• Work with supportive clinical supervision available when you want a second set of eyes on a case
• Set your caseload volume by choosing full-time or part-time

What We're Looking For

• Active New York State Physical Therapy license
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy
• Willingness to travel within a localized service territory
• Experience level open — new grads through seasoned pediatric clinicians will be considered
