This is a day-shift hospitalist role. Rotating 12-hour days, no night rotation, on an established hospitalist team — with a base of $115,000 to $135,000, a sign-on bonus, and student loan repayment on top of it.

For a PA who has been carrying nights, or splitting days and nights on a swing schedule, that is the whole pitch. You keep inpatient medicine, the acuity, and the pace you trained for, and you get your evenings back.

The team is already in place. You are joining an existing hospitalist service, not building one.

Your Day-to-Day

• Twelve-hour daytime shifts on a rotating schedule

• Adult inpatient care alongside physicians and fellow advanced practice providers

What We're Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Family or Adult certification
• Active New York State PA license, or eligibility to obtain one
• Hospital medicine experience preferred, not required

If you are strong clinically but your hospital medicine time is limited, it is still worth a conversation. Experience here is a preference, not a gate.
