The Opportunity

If you enjoy orthopedics but want the full scope of it — clinic and OR — this is a role built that way from the start. You'll evaluate and manage acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions in the office, then follow those same patients through pre-op, surgery, and recovery. The base salary runs $115,000 to $135,000 with a sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance is available if you're coming from outside the region.

It's also worth noting what's attached to the package: student loan repayment assistance and on-site childcare. Those two benefits show up rarely enough in orthopedics that they're often the deciding factor for providers with debt, young kids, or both.

What Your Week Looks Like

• Evaluating, diagnosing, and managing acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions
• Providing pre- and post-operative care and assisting with surgical procedures when applicable
• Ordering and interpreting imaging and laboratory studies
• Building individualized treatment plans and walking patients through recovery and prevention
• Performing joint injections, splinting, and casting
• Documenting clearly and keeping outcomes on track

You'll be working shoulder to shoulder with orthopedic surgeons and clinical staff — the kind of setup where your clinical judgment gets used, not second-guessed at every turn.

What We're Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Current state licensure and national certification
• DEA license or eligibility
• Orthopedic, fracture care, or musculoskeletal experience preferred

New graduates and experienced providers are both worth a conversation — orthopedic exposure is preferred, not required.
